Job sheets, invoices and vehicle history for small garages
Zephy is online software for one- and two-person independent garages. Say the job out loud or type it, and an itemised invoice with your garage's name and logo comes out, ready to print or send. Every vehicle keeps its own service history.

What you get
- Log a job by voice or by typing: work done, parts, labour, mileage.
- Invoices with your branding, numbered your way, as a PDF or sent by email.
- Each vehicle's history by registration, with make, model and MOT details filled in.
- Your customers, owed and paid invoices, and a download of all your records any time.
Price
£30 a month, including everything above.
- 30-day free trial. You add a card when you start it and aren't charged until the trial ends.
- Billed monthly in advance through Stripe. No contract.
- Cancel any time in Settings, Your plan, Manage billing. Your plan runs to the end of the month already paid and then stops.
- Refunds: part months aren't refunded. If you're charged in error, write to us and we'll refund it.
- Your records are never deleted because of a missed payment. You can always download them.
